Fast forward to May 2023, the year and month of college graduation. At this time, we are all about to enter the UD stadium and sit and received our bachelor’s degrees and move onto another chapter of our lives. Imagining this, I am thinking of me walking up to receive my BS in elementary education. Wow, I have come a far way. Hopefully, by this time I will have achieved all my long term goals I wanted like having a certain GPA or coming out having a job lined up.

After graduation, if I am still the same major, which I hope I will be, I will then be going off to summer camp for my 14th summer and by then I would like to have a higher position than just an average counselor. All my friends will still be working at the same camp because we all ended college and are on our way to become teachers. Wanting to be a teacher, we still get the best of both worlds because not only do we get to work at camp still but we get to be a teacher during the year and have the same holidays off as our students.

Once the summer will end, I will then move back home into my old room as I begin to start being a teacher assistant by day and getting my master’s degree at night. I will move back home because I will be attending LIU Post as my school of choice, if I get accepted, for graduates school. 

Looking into the future, my family relation with me will still be as close as we are right now. If not even closer than ever. Thinking about where my future will take me seems a bit odd to think about at this time but just only a few years ago I was thinking about my future as to where I would go to college. I hope my future lifestyle will be even better than now because I am at a very happy medium with everything going on around me.
